Across The Street

Across the Street is a continuous street photography project, which I started in early 2012. Unlike traditional street photography, which is often captured at close range with a wide angle view, I shot each photograph for this series with a 50mm lens at a distance on the other side of the street in both London’s East and West End. The idea behind the series was to discreetly capture unassuming members of the general public as they integrated or clashed unawaringly with their surroundings often in witty and colourful circumstances.
